{"id":676,"date":"2022-09-22T12:07:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T10:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mauriceandrecompetition.com\/?page_id=676"},"modified":"2026-04-16T12:29:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T10:29:10","slug":"reglement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mauriceandrecompetition.com\/en\/reglement\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>OFFICIAL RULES<\/p><cite>MAURICE ANDRE INTERNATIONAL TRUMPET COMPETITION <br><strong>2027 Edition<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>8<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Maurice Andr\u00e9 International Trumpet Competition<\/strong>&nbsp;(hereinafter referred to as \u00abthe Competition\u00bb) is organised in Paris from 15 to 21 February 2027 by the Association M'Improvise (hereinafter referred to as \u00abthe Organisation\u00bb), in partnership with artistic and cultural institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Competition takes place in public according to the official calendar drawn up and published by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dates, locations and practical details of the various tests are communicated to candidates and published on the official competition website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisation reserves the right to add to or amend the rules for organisational, technical or legal reasons, informing candidates in advance whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Organisation undertakes to select the members of the jury and the candidates in such a way as to exclude any discrimination based in particular on origin, sex, gender, religious beliefs or any other characteristic protected by law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 2 - OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Competition's mission is to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to promote excellence in the interpretation of the trumpet repertoire; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support the emergence of a new generation of international soloists; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to perpetuate and pass on the artistic legacy of trumpeter Maurice Andr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1 Nationality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition is open to candidates of all nationalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2 Age limit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must be aged&nbsp;<strong>under thirty-one (31) years of age on 21 February 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates who are minors may take part in the competition provided they submit a&nbsp;<strong>written authorisation from one or more legal guardians, signed by the legal representative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.3 Incompatibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are not eligible to participate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>winners of a First Prize in a previous edition of the Competition; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the members of the jury ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 4 - REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.1 Registration form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration form must be submitted to the Organisation before&nbsp;<strong>15 October 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;and understand :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the official registration form, duly completed and signed, including proof of acceptance of these rules and, where applicable, parental authorisation for under-age candidates; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a copy of a valid official identity document ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a detailed artistic curriculum vitae ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a recent HD professional photograph with instrument ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment of the video pre-selection fee of \u20ac50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any application that is incomplete or submitted after the deadline may be rejected by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.2 Registration fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total registration fee for the competition is \u20ac200 (two hundred euros), broken down as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an initial payment of \u20ac50, paid when the video pre-selection application is submitted; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a second instalment of \u20ac150, payable only to applicants selected at the end of the pre-selection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates admitted in the first round will receive a payment link upon notification of their admission, enabling them to pay the balance of the registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration fees are&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the event of cancellation of the Competition by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 5 - VIDEO PRE-SELECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All candidates must submit a&nbsp;<strong>link to an unedited pre-selection video<\/strong>&nbsp;no later than&nbsp;<strong>15 October 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;to the following e-mail address&nbsp;<strong>mauriceandrecompetition@misterproductions.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-mail must include the following information in the subject line:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SURNAME - FIRST NAME \/ NATIONALITY \/ WORKS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<br><strong>DUPONT Jean \/ France \/ Tomasi Concerto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pre-selection video must include :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choice of work for trumpet in UT from the first round&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choice of work for piccolo trumpet in the first round&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The indicative maximum length of the video is&nbsp;<strong>twelve (12) minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recording must be made&nbsp;<strong>on a continuous basis<\/strong>, without editing, cutting, sound modification or audio processing. The recording must be less than one year old. Candidates will be accompanied by a pianist in their video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video must be accessible via a&nbsp;<strong>online broadcast link<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or equivalent platform) and remain accessible until the end of the pre-selection phase (15.11.2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicant is responsible for the correct operation of the link sent. Any link that is inaccessible, has expired or does not allow the video to be played may result in the application being invalidated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury will make a shortlist on the basis of these recordings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are notified of the results of the pre-selection process by e-mail.&nbsp;<strong>no later than 15 November 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of candidates admitted to take part in the public tests is determined by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 6 - STRUCTURE AND RUNNING OF THE COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1 Competition stages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition takes place in&nbsp;<strong>four successive stages<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Video pre-selection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First round (play-off)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semi-final (play-off)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finale with orchestra<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the semi-final, a maximum of&nbsp;<strong>three (3) candidates<\/strong>&nbsp;will be admitted to the final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2 Assessment and accumulation of marks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>scores obtained in each round are added together<\/strong>, in accordance with the assessment procedures defined in&nbsp;<strong>Article 12<\/strong>&nbsp;of these regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3 Order of passage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first round and the semi-final, the candidates will be divided into groups according to the works they have chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within each group, the running order will be determined by alphabetical order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.4 Information for candidates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From&nbsp;<strong>5 February 2027<\/strong>, All shortlisted candidates will receive information by e-mail about&nbsp;<strong>the rehearsal and first round timetable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 7 - FIRST ROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum duration :&nbsp;<strong>20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programme :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/ A work of your choice for trumpet in C :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Henri Tomasi, Concerto for trumpet (1st movement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jean Fran\u00e7aix, Sonatine&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2\/ A work of your choice for piccolo trumpet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Georg Philipp Telemann, Concerto in D Major, 1st movement (Adagio) TWV 51:D7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Leopold Mozart, Concerto in D Major, 1st movement (Adagio) LMW IX:13<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ Commission for the 2027 Competition for Bb trumpet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order scores will be sent to the selected candidates&nbsp;<strong>no later than 21 December 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first round will take place at&nbsp;<strong>Conservatoire \u00e0 Rayonnement R\u00e9gional de Paris (CRR de Paris)<\/strong>, 14 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris - France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must present themselves&nbsp;<strong>at least 1 hour 30 minutes before their scheduled time of arrival<\/strong>&nbsp;in front of the jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first round will be open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 8 - SEMI-FINAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum duration :&nbsp;<strong>25 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programme : Piano accompaniment will be provided by the Competition's official pianists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/ A work for piccolo trumpet: Johann Wilhelm Hertel, Concerto No.1 in Eb Major&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\/ A work of your choice for Bb trumpet or Bb cornet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jean-Baptiste Arban, Variations sur le carnaval de Venise (without introduction) * (in French)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jean-Baptiste Arban, Theme and variations on Norma (Bellini) **<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jean-Baptiste Arban, Theme and variations on the Tyrolean ** (in French)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>* Piano accompaniments: Marc Reift edition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Piano accompaniments: Carl Fischer Music edition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ A compulsory work, on an instrument chosen by the candidate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edward Elgar, Salut d'amour, key and edition to be chosen by the candidate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alexandre Glazunov, Albumblatt&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fritz Kreisler, Liebesleid, key and edition to be chosen by the candidate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sergei Rachmaninov, 14 Romances, Op. 34: No. 14, Vocalise, key and edition to be chosen by the candidate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The semi-final will be held at&nbsp;<strong>Conservatoire \u00e0 Rayonnement R\u00e9gional de Paris (CRR de Paris)<\/strong>, 14 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris - France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must present themselves&nbsp;<strong>at least 1 hour 30 minutes before their scheduled time of arrival<\/strong>&nbsp;in front of the jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The semi-final will be open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 9 - PIANO ACCOMPANIMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisers will provide candidates with several official piano accompanists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates can :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>or use the official pianists of the Competition; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or present themselves with their own pianist, provided they inform the Organisation as soon as they receive notification of their admission to the first round of the Competition.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the latter case, all costs and responsibilities relating to the accompanying pianist will be borne by the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 10 - FINAL WITH ORCHESTRA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finalists perform a programme with orchestra including :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Johann Nepomuk Hummel, Concerto in E flat major (version played by the Orchestra: Kalmus edition)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alfred Desenclos, Incantation, Threne and Dance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final is open to the public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All finalists must be available up to and including 21 February.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final will take place at<strong>&nbsp;Th\u00e9\u00e2tre du Ch\u00e2telet,&nbsp;<\/strong>1 Pl. du Ch\u00e2telet<strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong>75000 Paris - France.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final will be accompanied by&nbsp;<strong>the Garde R\u00e9publicaine Symphony Orchestra<\/strong>. The finalists will be able to rehearse with the Orchestre Symphonique de la Garde R\u00e9publicaine on the eve of the final, 20 February 2027, at a time to be determined, at the Quartier des C\u00e9lestins: 18 boulevard Henri-IV, 75004 Paris - France.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 11 - JURY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury is made up of leading international figures from the world of music.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The composition of the jury will be made public before the start of the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury's decisions are&nbsp;<strong>final and without appeal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not to award one or more prizes; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to award tied prizes, with the exception of the Maurice Andr\u00e9 Grand Prix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 12 - EVALUATION AND VOTING PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.1 Rating system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each member of the jury awards a mark out of&nbsp;<strong>100 points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.2 Calculating results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each candidate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the highest and lowest scores are eliminated; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the average is calculated from the remaining marks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.3 Educational or family or professional conflict<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any member of the jury who has had a candidate in their class during the&nbsp;<strong>last five years<\/strong>&nbsp;must declare it and refrain from participating in its evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any member of the jury with a direct family link to a candidate must declare this and refrain from taking part in the assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any jury member who has a professional relationship, or has had one in the past, within the same institution or organisation (conservatoire, orchestra, company, business, etc.) with a candidate during the\u00a0<strong>last five years<\/strong>, must declare it and refrain from participating in its assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The members of the jury sign&nbsp;<strong>a declaration of honour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.4 Transparency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results and scores awarded by the jurors are made public.&nbsp;<strong>immediately after the votes and deliberations of each round<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.5 Cumulative scores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scores obtained in the various rounds are added together to establish the ranking of the finalists. Candidates in the final then compete with their marks reset to zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 13 - PRICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maurice Andr\u00e9 Grand Prix<\/strong>&nbsp;12,000 euros&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Prize<\/strong>&nbsp;6,000 euros&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third Prize<\/strong>&nbsp;3,000 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first prize may not be divided or awarded equally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the prize money, the winners of the Competition may be awarded additional prizes, such as instruments and\/or touring and\/or concert engagements, as determined by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Special prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Public Prize (awarded by public vote during the final)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special Jury Prizes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 14 - PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION COSTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.1<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Covering candidates' expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transport, accommodation and meals for candidates will not be covered by the Organisation. A list of youth hostels and hotels close to the competition venues will be available on the dedicated website, under the \u00abpractical information\u00bb tab.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Candidates requiring a visa to take part in the Competition are solely responsible for the steps required to obtain one and for the related costs. On request, a letter of invitation may be provided by the Organisation. This request must be sent by e-mail to the following address&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"mailto:mauriceandrecompetition@misterproductions.com\">mauriceandrecompetition@misterproductions.com<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.2<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Payment of finalists' expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisers will cover part of the accommodation costs of finalists from outside the Paris region who are admitted to the final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This cover is capped at&nbsp;<strong>a maximum of four hundred euros (\u20ac400) per finalist<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>for a maximum of three (3) nights<\/strong>&nbsp;from the official notification of their selection for the final until the morning of 22 February 2027. Candidates will be responsible for any costs incurred in excess of this deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisation will reimburse expenses incurred on presentation of valid receipts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transport costs and any other costs not expressly mentioned in this article shall be borne by the candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 15 - INSTRUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates may use the instrument of their choice, including :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bb trumpet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trumpet in C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piccolo trumpet in A or Bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trumpet in Eb or E<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bb piston horn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bb Bugle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piston or vane instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 16 - GALA AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE FINALISTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the final, a&nbsp;<strong>Gala concert in tribute to Maurice Andr\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;will be organised by the Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the finalists are&nbsp;<strong>required to take part in the gala concert free of charge<\/strong>, and commits to a short musical performance on stage during the performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any unjustified absence may be considered as a&nbsp;<strong>breach of regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finalists authorise the Organisation, free of charge, to use their image and their performance as part of the gala concert in accordance with Article 17 below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 17 - IMAGE AND RECORDING RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates or, where applicable, candidates' legal guardians, expressly authorise the Organisation to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to carry out audio, video, and photographic recordings of the events and the gala concert;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reproduce, broadcast and exploit these recordings on any existing or future medium (television, radio, live - or deferred - broadcasting or streaming, internet, digital platforms, social networks, promotional media, etc.), as well as by official partners, for promotional, educational or media purposes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This authorisation is granted to&nbsp;<strong>free of charge and for the entire legal term of protection of the rights<\/strong>, for promotional, educational, archiving or media purposes, without this giving rise to any right to remuneration for the candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 18 - LIABILITY AND INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each candidate takes part in the Competition under his or her own responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are responsible for their instruments, personal effects and scores throughout the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisation cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage or accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are invited to take out any personal insurance they deem necessary to cover their travel, their instrument and their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 19 - DISQUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organisation reserves the right to disqualify any candidate in the event of :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>failure to comply with these rules ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fraud or attempted fraud ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>behaviour that undermines the smooth running of the Competition, the integrity of the jury or the image of the Organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any decision to disqualify is taken by the Organisation after consultation with the jury and does not give rise to&nbsp;<strong>no reimbursement of expenses incurred by the candidate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 20 - FORCE MAJEURE AND CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of exceptional circumstances, force majeure or any other event beyond the control of the Organisation (in particular natural disasters, health crises, unavailability of venues or artists), the Organisation reserves the right :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to amend the competition timetable;
